Paneer Butter Masala Recipe – Restaurant Style at Home

What is Paneer Butter Masala?

Paneer Butter Masala is one of the most loved Indian paneer dishes. It is made with soft paneer cubes cooked in rich buttery tomato gravy with aromatic spices.

The secret behind restaurant-style Paneer Butter Masala is the perfect balance of butter, cream, and spices.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

Main Ingredients:

  • 250g paneer cubes
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 3 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

🌶️ Spices (Use BMB Masale Products)
  • 2 tbsp BMB Shahi Paneer Masala
  • ½ tsp BMB Haldi Powder
  • 1 tsp BMB Lal Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp BMB Dhaniya Powder
  • ½ tsp BMB Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste

Step-by-Step Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji Recipe

 
Step 1: Prepare Onion Tomato Base

Heat butter in a pan.
Add onions and sauté until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

Now add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.


Step 2: Add BMB Masale

Add:

  • BMB Haldi Powder
  • BMB Lal Mirch Powder
  • BMB Dhaniya Powder
  • BMB Shahi Paneer Masala

Cook spices for 2–3 minutes on low flame.


Step 3: Make Creamy Gravy

Add little water and mix properly.

Cook until gravy becomes thick and creamy.

Add fresh cream for restaurant-style texture.


Step 4: Add Paneer

Add paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Finally sprinkle BMB Garam Masala for rich aroma.
